Their growth strategy is implemented by acquiring existing similar companies operating in related markets. P36 Solutions is their partner for acquisitions and approaches candidates, leads the negotiations and assists during the integration.

The company offers financial services to companies in several industries within their region. The organization has four managing partners and employs 60 professionals. The company is well structured and supportive functions like ICT, HRM and marketing are taking care off. Growth will not require organizational adaptations or investments and will directly contribute to the profitability. The client supplied a long list with criteria and potential candidates, which was reduced to a short list by P36 Solutions. These candidates were approached and initial meetings were set. Thereafter parties were introduced and further company information was gathered. During the negotiation stages P36 Solutions operated as a deal maker, which resulted in two acquisitions in six months. The customer and P36 Solutions jointly developed a plan for the integration.
